We do not ourselves perform mold inspection or remediation work; the actual services are performed by independent contractors in our dispatch network.

While we work with contractors who carry appropriate licensing and insurance, we cannot guarantee the specific outcome, pricing, or timeline of any inspection or remediation project, since these depend on the individual property and the contractor performing the work. Any agreement for services is between you and the contractor you are connected with.
